Alelia Munroe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and program management, particularly in HIV/AIDS services. Currently serving as Project Administrator at the Department of Health in Orange County since November 2021, Alelia provides critical technical assistance to HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau.
