For the past 30 years, Rick E. VanDyke has consistently demonstrated a strong executive understanding of what it takes for small and medium-sized businesses to succeed in Colorado. Mr. VanDyke firmly believes the difference between success and failure is the internal structure with which each company operates. Prior to launching his own company, he spent 13 years as President of a privately held professional employer organization, helping Colorado businesses understand the need for PEO services.
