Sam Mayes

Sam is Vice President of Client Services for Management Solutions. Sam joined Management Solutions in 2003 and is a proven leader with more than 32 years of extensive experience managing civil engineering design and construction projects and professional staff. Mayes’ strengths include financial analysis, management of civil/environmental development projects, project management services, and managing a wide array of personnel ranging from various design disciplines to construction management personnel. He collaborates with clients to identify needs, establish contract scope and assign the best resources that Management Solutions can provide for Best Value Services.

Sam received both his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Sam is a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional. Additionally, he is a Professional Engineer in the States of Tennessee and South Carolina.
