Valeria Garcia

Valeria Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning different regions and roles. Valeria started their career as an intern at The Worldgate Group in October 2013 and later became an International Coordinator & Program Linker, where they played a key role in developing the company's online marketing strategies and business proposals. In February 2014, they joined Management Solutions and held various positions, including Junior HR in Latam, HR Generalist in Europe, HR Generalist in the Americas, and Senior HR in North America. Currently, Valeria serves as the Head of HR for North America, overseeing operations in the US and Canada. Valeria'sresponsibilities include providing HR support, managing corporate activities, and ensuring effective HR management across the region.

Valeria Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Valeria later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Boston University from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, Valeria obtained a certification in "Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods" from LinkedIn in 2023.
