Chia Wei Tan

Chia Wei Tan is an experienced professional with a diverse work background. Chia Wei is currently serving as the Group CEO at BUYMALAYSIA / MALAYSIA DIGITAL ENTERPRISE EXCHANGE / STARTUP MALAYSIA since March 2021. Prior to this, Chia Wei held the position of Group Chief Marketing Officer at ManagePay Systems Berhad, starting from August 2017. Chia Wei also founded The Berani Project in March 2015. Chia Wei has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at ManagePay Marketing Sdn. Bhd. from August 2017 to March 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Marketing and Admissions at Saito College Sdn Bhd from January 2012 to June 2014.

Chia Wei Tan attended the University of Nottingham from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering.
