Michel Lasry

Michel Lasry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michel is currently working as a Transition Director in Sales and Industrial Transformation at Managers en Mission - Réseau de managers de transition since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Directeur général at CLM INDUSTRIES in 2023 and as the Directeur de Pole Energie, Nucléaire et Défense at Groupe Galilé from January to September 2023.

In the past, Michel held the position of Managing Director at EMPTEEZY ITALIA from 2020 to 2022, where they oversaw the Italian subsidiary of the EMPTEEZY Group, leading the European spill containers and industrial absorbents market. Before that, they worked as a Transition Director in Sales and Industrial Transformation at Managers en Mission - Réseau de managers de transition from 2019 to 2020.

Their prior experience includes roles such as Sales, Engineering and Marketing Director at ARaymond Network from 2017 to 2019, and various positions at Faurecia Automotive Seating from 2004 to 2016, where they served as a Global Business Development Manager, Advanced Sales and Acquisition Manager, Sales and Acquisition Manager, and Platform Sales Manager, respectively.

Michel also has experience in the automotive industry, having worked as a Senior Customer & Program Manager at Arvinmeritor from 2002 to 2004, and as a Customer System Manager at Valeo Engine Cooling from 1992 to 2001, where they managed engineering teams for cooling systems and served as a technical interface for Fiat during their time in Italy.

Michel began their career as a Combustion Engineer at Snecma in 1991.

Michel Lasry attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 1988 to 1989, where they studied Nuclear Physics. From 1989 to 1990, they pursued a DEA in Fluid Mechanics at Pierre and Marie Curie University. Michel completed their education in 2002 by earning an Executive MBA in Management from ESCP Business School.
