Luke Wilson has extensive work experience in the XR industry. Luke is the CEO and Founder of ManageXR, a company that focuses on solving challenges related to working with XR at scale. In this role, they are responsible for distributing content, customizing user experiences, and troubleshooting devices.

Prior to ManageXR, Luke founded Mighty Immersion, Inc. in 2017. This company collaborates with national healthcare leaders to develop immersive therapies that improve the patient experience. Partner hospitals worldwide utilize their solutions to reduce pain and anxiety, assist in physical therapy, and provide moments of joy and comfort. Luke led the creation of Starlight Children's Foundation's Virtual Reality program during their tenure at Mighty Immersion.

Luke's work history also includes serving as the Lead Education Engineer at Layout in 2015 and working as an Instructor and Curriculum Designer at StreetCode Academy during the same year. At StreetCode Academy, they created and taught computer science courses using various platforms and helped run an accelerator program in East Palo Alto.

Luke Wilson attended Stanford University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
