Kirthiga B

Kirthiga B has over 15 years of experience in learning and organizational development. Kirthiga is currently the Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Manali Petrochemicals Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager Learning Development at Sundaram Learning and as the Head of Learning and Development at ARi. Kirthiga also served as the Senior Manager for Learning, OD, and Change Management at Amrutanjan Health Care Limited. Kirthiga began their career at IGARASHI MOTORS INDIA LIMITED, where they held the position of Group Executive Leader for Learning and Development for over 10 years.

Kirthiga B has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Loyola College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Kirthiga also holds a Master's Degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from the Institute For Psychotherapy And Management Sciences (IPMS), which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Stella Maris College from 2001 to 2004. Kirthiga also attended St.Williams Presentation Convent for high school education, although the duration is not specified.
