R. Swaminathan

A graduate in commerce and law, is a Company Secretary & Cost Accountant. He also holds PG Diploma in Business Administration. He has nearly 25 years of experience in secretarial, corporate legal and finance functions in various sectors such as Manufacturing, FMCG, IT and EPC.

Prior to joining MPL, Mr. Swaminathan was the Company Secretary of VA Tech Wabag Limited, a listed entity. Earlier, he was associated with renowned business groups such as Sundaram Clayton, Sanmar, Megasoft, Archean and Lornamead, UK. He has been appointed as the Company Secretary of MPL on 3rd November 2022.
