Rajesh Diraviyam

Rajesh Diraviyam serves as Associate Legal Counsel at IIFL Home Loans since June 2022, while concurrently practicing as an Advocate at the District Court in Madurai District, Tamil Nadu, since November 2014. Rajesh is appointed as a Panel Advocate for Bajaj Allianz Pvt Ltd, handling motor accident cases, and represents various financial institutions, including Kinara Capital, Manappuram Asset Finance Limited, and HDB Financial Services Ltd. Rajesh has extensive experience in litigation, focusing on execution petitions, insolvency petitions, and debt recovery matters. An alumnus of Government Law College, Madurai, with a Bachelor of Laws degree, Rajesh also holds a Diploma in International Trade and Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce with Computer Application.
