Iliana Montauk is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product management and social impact initiatives. As Co-Founder and CEO of Manara since July 2020, Iliana drives efforts to empower computer scientists in the Middle East and North Africa, particularly focusing on women and Palestine, by providing essential training and mentorship. Prior to this role, a significant tenure at Upwork involved managing talent supply, contributing to the platform's success as the largest global talent marketplace. Iliana also co-founded and transformed Gaza Sky Geeks into a leading program for tech startups, securing $2.3 million in funding through innovative crowdfunding strategies. Educationally, Iliana holds a BA from Harvard University and has participated in various prestigious development programs, including a Fulbright Fellowship and training at the Silicon Valley Product Group.
