Luanne Siverio

Luanne Siverio has extensive experience in compliance and risk management roles in the banking industry. Luanne has worked at Manasquan Bank since 2016 as the CRA and Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, where they ensure compliance with various federal regulations and manages HMDA and CRA data. Prior to that, they worked at FIS Risk, Information Security and Compliance (RISC) Solutions from 2010 to 2016 as a Compliance Manager, CRCM, where they performed compliance risk assessments and monitoring reviews and conducted training on federal banking regulations. Luanne also has experience at Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, where they held various roles from 1998 to 2010, including Vice President-Retail Quality Assessment Specialist and Vice President-Operations Consultant/Quality Review Advisor. Luanne began their career at CoreStates Bank in 1986 as an Assistant Vice President-Quality Service Officer, where they co-led multiple retail banking offices and managed a staff.

Luanne Siverio attended Rider University from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business.
