Kay Charmaine Peñol, CPA has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Kay Charmaine is currently serving as the Head of Finance at Manatal since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Finance Director at Skuad from June 2021 to January 2023. Kay Charmaine also served as the Regional Finance Manager (APAC) at Cartrack from March 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as an Accountant at Business Services Provider Pte Ltd from April 2015 to March 2017. Kay Charmaine began their career as an Auditor at EY from January 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, they gained early experience in accounting as an Accounting Intern at Land Bank of the Philippines from March 2012 to May 2012.

Kay Charmaine Peñol, CPA completed their Bachelor's degree in Bs Accountancy from Central Philippine University from 2009 to 2013. Kay Charmaine then pursued the CPA Australia Program at CPA Australia from 2017 to 2020, earning their CPA Australia certification in June 2020. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) in November 2013. In April 2022, they obtained the Certified OKR Professional certification from Profit.co.
