Alicia Eggen

Alicia Eggen, LMFT, currently serves as the VP of Clinical Care at Manatee since April 2024. Previously, Alicia held the position of VP of Care Operations at Mantra Health, where responsibilities included leading various operational teams and scaling the provider network. At Two Chairs, Alicia contributed as the Head of Clinical Projects and Implementation, overseeing complex projects and growth of a hybrid care model, in addition to experience as the Regional Clinical Director and Clinical Director. Early career roles included Psychiatric Social Worker and Mental Health Clinical Specialist at Contra Costa County, Supervising Coach and CBT Coach at Lantern, and positions at River Oak Center for Children and Alternative Family Services, among others. Alicia earned a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Special Honors from The George Washington University.
