Jacqueline Wolff has extensive experience in investigations and white-collar defense, specifically in financial and securities fraud, tax fraud, and FCPA/anticorruption cases. Jacqueline has represented both publicly traded companies and new FinTechs before regulatory bodies such as the SEC. Additionally, they have worked on pro bono cases, including representing a mass shooting victim and providing expertise on gun control legislation. Prior to their current role, they served as Of Counsel in white-collar defense at both Covington & Burling LLP and Howard Smith & Levin, focusing on the financial services sector and immigration investigations. Earlier in their career, they were Chief of the Environmental Crimes Unit and Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys' Offices, where they prosecuted cases involving safety regulations, pollution, government procurement fraud, and nursing home abuse.
Jacqueline Wolff holds a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Biology/Sociology with a focus on Nerve Cell Physiology and the Juvenile Justice System.
