Kayla Arnett

Kayla Arnett is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion with experience at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where roles include Diversity & Inclusion Senior Coordinator and Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator since November 2022. Previously, Kayla served as a Project Assistant in Intellectual Property at Foley & Lardner LLP from September 2021 to October 2022 and as a Digital Assistant at MYSTIC SOUL PROJECT INC from August 2020 to September 2021, focusing on developing wellness programs for marginalized communities. Additionally, Kayla was the Sankofa Student Program Coordinator at DePaul University between September 2018 and June 2020, promoting leadership and wellness within the Black community. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in African & Black Diaspora Studies from DePaul University.
