Sharon Bauman

Sharon Bauman is a seasoned employment lawyer and partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where Sharon has worked since December 1997 and currently leads the firm's Cross-Industry Legal Services Group. In addition to their legal practice, Sharon served as Board Secretary for the Bennett Valley Educational Foundation in 2013 and worked as an Attorney/Editor for The California Labor Letters from October 1995 to November 1997. Sharon holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) from USC Gould School of Law, completing both degrees between 1992 and 1995, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, earned from 1989 to 1992.
