Jenny Skinner is a seasoned policy analyst with extensive experience in various governmental roles in New Zealand. Currently, Jenny serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at Manatū Wāhine Ministry for Women since July 2021, following a tenure as a Senior Advisor at the Office of the Children's Commissioner from June 2020 to June 2021. Prior to these positions, Jenny worked as an Advisor at the Ministry for Women from June 2019 to June 2020 and held roles at the Ministry of Health from 2004 to 2011, including Senior Policy Analyst, Senior Advisor, and Policy Analyst.
