Joel McErlane

Joel McErlane, currently the Generation site lead Tasman/Marlborough at Manawa Energy, has had a diverse career in the field of electrical engineering. Starting as a Power Technician Apprentice and working their way up to roles like Hydro Operations Manager at Meridian Energy, Joel has gained experience in various aspects of power generation and maintenance. With a Diploma of Electrical Engineering level 4 from CPIT and a background in HV testing and protection relay maintenance, Joel's extensive experience in the industry has equipped him with the skills needed to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
