Nikit Mand is a seasoned professional in recruitment and client management, currently serving as a Team Lead at Mancer Consulting Services since May 2019. With a proven track record in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, Nikit has successfully managed multiple projects and stakeholders while building strong teams. Prior roles include Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, where responsibilities ranged from setting strategic hiring goals for top banking clients to executing niche and bulk hiring operations. Nikit started a foundational career with internships that involved operations support and data analysis across various organizations, including the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt. Nikit holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
