Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Belzabar Software Design India Private Limited since September 2014, Ravi contributes to building a highly skilled team for projects in a world-class software boutique environment. Simultaneously, Ravi has held the position of Team Lead at Mancer Consulting Services since May 2011, where responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across various sectors such as IT, Telecom, BFSI, and ITES. Prior experience as a Research Associate at Manpower Professional from October 2010 to April 2011 provided a solid foundation in employment services. Ravi holds an MBA in HR and IT from IILM Institute for Higher Education, completed in 2011.
