Sharvil Ruparelia has a significant work experience, primarily in the consulting and recruitment industry. Sharvil started their career in 2007 as a Branch Manager at AK Placement Services Pvt Ltd, where they worked for four years. In 2011, they joined Mancer Consulting Services as a Manager in Business Development, where they successfully built partnerships and strategic alliances with clients and managed day-to-day activities to ensure service and quality norms were met. Later, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2019 and Vice President in 2023, demonstrating their growth and leadership within the company.
