Manchester Camerata
Caroline Pether is a seasoned violinist and artistic curator currently serving as the Leader and Artistic Curator at Manchester Camerata Ltd since October 2020. With a robust portfolio as a soloist since 2008, Caroline has performed notable works, including Vivaldi's Four Seasons and the Sibelius Violin Concerto, with various orchestras such as the Wilmslow Symphony Orchestra and Halifax Symphony Orchestra. As a violin tutor at Birmingham Conservatoire from September 2016 to June 2024, Caroline has contributed to the education of emerging musicians. Previous leadership roles include being the Leader and Guest Leader at Sinfonia Cymru and Violin I with the Zelkova Quartet. Caroline holds multiple degrees from the Royal Northern College of Music and Chetham's School of Music, underscoring a strong educational background in music performance and chamber music.
