Amy Powe

Amy Powe is an accomplished Change Programme Manager at Manchester City Council, responsible for leading the implementation of Success Factors and Concur systems since April 2021. Previously, Amy served as a Senior Project Manager at Manchester City Council, successfully implementing a new Recruitment System and introducing a Sustainable Travel staff policy. Prior to that, Amy worked at TfGM as a Monitoring and Controls Manager in the Sustainable Journeys team from October 2019 to April 2021. Amy's career at Manchester City Council began in October 2008, where as Workforce Intelligence Team Leader, a strategic approach to workforce analytics was developed to aid managers in making informed decisions regarding workforce budgets, absence levels, and agency expenditures.
