Anne Duffield

Anne Duffield is an experienced housing professional with a comprehensive background in public service. Currently serving as the Head of Housing Access at Manchester City Council since July 2021, Anne has previously held the same title at Northwards Housing for over 15 years. Anne's involvement in local governance includes roles such as Chair of the Licensing Committee and Labour Councillor at Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the Governing Body at Seymour Park Community Primary School and as a Board Member at Trafford Housing Trust. Anne's housing career began with positions at Equity Housing Group and Bassetlaw District Council, culminating in a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing and Human Environments from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Liverpool John Moores University.
