John Riding

John Riding is an experienced professional in the field of project surveying, currently serving as an Assistant Project Surveyor in Housing Operations at Manchester City Council since September 2019. In this role, John collaborates with the project team to create detailed project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and required resources, while also identifying key deliverables and defining project scope. Prior to this position, John gained valuable experience as a Trainee Project Surveyor at Redrow from August 2008 to September 2011 and began the career as an Apprentice Joiner. John holds an HNC in Construction from The University of Salford, obtained between September 2020 and May 2022, and completed education at North Manchester High School for Boys and Lilly Lane Primary School.
