Kirsty Geering

Kirsty Geering is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and policy management. Currently serving as the Head of the Chief Executive Office at Manchester City Council since March 2020, Kirsty has previously held significant roles including Head of Strategic Initiatives at The Growth Company and Policy Officer for City Centre Regeneration at Manchester City Council. Additional experience includes positions as Strategy & Policy Manager at both New Economy Manchester and MIDAS Manchester, as well as serving as Local Policy Manager at Greater Manchester Chamber. Kirsty Geering holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Newcastle University, completed in 2003, and has a strong educational background from Bolton School Girls' Division.
