Mathew Critchley

Mathew Critchley has over two decades of experience in IT and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of Cyber Security and Compliance at Manchester City Council since November 2014. Prior roles at the council include ICT Security and Resilience Manager and ICT Service Delivery Manager, focusing on security and environment management. Prior to this, Mathew worked at Capita Managed IT Solutions as a Senior Support Engineer, and at ComputerLand UK Ltd and SCC as a Support Engineer and Desktop Support Engineer, respectively, gaining expertise in hardware and software support, deployment, and project delivery.
