Sean Morris

Sean Morris has extensive experience in public policy and emergency management, currently serving Manchester City Council since September 2008 in various roles, including Elections and Electoral Registration Policy Officer and Principal Policy Officer. In addition to these responsibilities, Sean acts as Secretary for the UK and Ireland Nuclear Free Local Authorities and the UK and Ireland Mayors for Peace Working Group, advocating for the Council's official peace policy. Prior experience includes serving as Emergency Planning Officer at Leeds City Council from April 2001 to October 2008, where Sean authored and executed emergency plans and served as an on-call officer for emergencies. Sean holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Leeds.
