Charlotte O'Neill

Charlotte O'Neill is an accomplished sports executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Manchester City Women and Interim Academy Director at Manchester City Football Club, Charlotte oversees key operations and strategic planning for the club's men's academy. Charlotte has also contributed as an Independent Board Member for Sport Liverpool, as Independent Chair of the Stakeholder Board for the World Para Swimming Championships in Manchester, and as a Non-Executive Member for the World Taekwondo Championships. Previous roles include Team Services Manager for England 2015 during the Rugby World Cup and Aquatics Manager for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Charlotte's background in sports management is complemented by a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham and an International Leadership Programme from UK Sport.
