Mark St John Qualter

Mark is currently the CEO of Mindcrest, the alternative legal services division of DWF. Mindcrest has operations in the UK, the USA and India. Mark sits on the Executive Board of DWF. Prior to joining DWF, Mark was Head of Artificial Intelligence for RBS Commercial and Private Banking, where he designed and founded the division's AI capability. Mark was at RBS for 18 years where he held several strategy and business transformation roles

Mark has spent most of his career in Corporate banking in one form or another and joined RBS in 2001.

Mark has an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BA (Hons) in Hindi and Sinhalese from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

Mark joined the Board of Governors on 1 August 2013 and is the Chair of the Audit Committee. He is also a member of the Nominations and Governance Committee.
