Andy Jones

Andy Jones has extensive experience in sports development and community engagement, currently serving as a Scout for the Manchester United Girls Academy since August 2023 and as a Community Coordinator at the Manchester United Foundation since September 2021. Previously, Andy worked at Salford Community Leisure from November 2013 to September 2021 as an Active Communities Development Officer, managing sports programs and initiatives that engaged local youth. Andy's earlier roles include a Get Into Football Officer at Manchester FA (2010-2013), a Football Development Officer for Manchester City Council (2004-2010), and a Football Development Officer for Manchester United (2001-2004). Andy holds a Higher National Diploma in Leisure Management from The University of Salford, attained between 1995 and 1998.
