Nikki Douglas

Nikki Douglas is an accomplished Sales Manager with extensive experience in the events and hospitality industry. Currently serving at etc.venues since August 2017, Nikki manages 11 Portland Street, the company's inaugural venue in the North for conferences and events. In addition, Nikki has held a dual role at Elior UK - AJ Bell Stadium since May 2012, focusing on driving non-match day revenue and expanding the sales team. Previous positions include senior roles in sales and marketing at Manchester United, where Nikki developed a strong background in event management. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Event Management from Leeds Beckett University, and prior education at South Hunsley School and Sixth Form.
