Rob G.

Rob G's work experience begins in 2017 as an Associate Intern at RSM UK, where they undertook an 8-week internship with the Projects and Programs consulting team. During this role, they designed and delivered a seven-week internal business analysis project and developed a heat-map analysis tool and progress assessment model for client evaluations.

In 2018, Rob G joined IBM as an Associate Business Consultant, working on an ERP implementation project for a major pharmaceutical client. Rob also took on the role of Project Manager for two additional contracts and was responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, invoicing, and managing a team of six IBM consultants. Rob later became a Business Consultant, leading a team of 12 for the UK's largest consumer bank on Europe's largest cloud migration program, and received the Project Outstanding Contribution Award.

Rob G then progressed to the position of Senior Consultant at IBM, where they served as the Delivery Lead for two Cloud Migration projects for a government client. Rob was responsible for defining client strategy, meeting commercial milestones, and leading four teams of IBM professionals. Rob G received a Service Excellence Award from IBM and three separate awards from the client for their exceptional contributions to their business.

In 2021, Rob G took on an internship at SRI as a Consulting Intern, where they worked on organizational design, team optimization, and talent pipelining projects. Rob developed assessment criteria for the team's organizational design offering and refined sales and marketing materials.

In 2022, Rob G had two roles at the National Football League (NFL): International Commercial Seasonal Employee and International Commercial MBA Intern.

Most recently, in 2021, Rob G pursued a dual-degree MBA and MS in Sports Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated with outstanding results, earning a Grade Point Average of 4.0. Currently, Rob G holds the position of Senior Commercial Manager, Venue at Manchester United, beginning in 2023.

Rob G. began their education at St Albans School, where they completed their high school degree from 2007 to 2014. After that, they attended Durham University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on Law. Most recently, Rob pursued further education at the Isenberg School of Management in UMass Amherst from 2021 to 2023, completing an MBA and an MS in Sport Management. Additionally, Rob obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2020 and as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
