Steve Head

Steve Head is a highly experienced football scout and recruitment professional with a robust career spanning over four decades in various leading roles. Currently serving as the First Team Scout for Manchester United since September 2021, Steve manages the First Team player recruitment across France's Ligue 1 and 2, including U20, U21, and Senior Men's teams. Previous roles include international scouting for Wolverhampton Wanderers, where Steve built a player database following a club takeover, and significant positions at Charlton Athletic, Norwich City, Reading, Fulham, and Southampton, notably achieving record transfer fees and promoting teams to higher leagues.
