Dave McFadden

Dave McFadden is an experienced higher education leader, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Bubin Consulting since January 2024, where support is provided to college and university presidents through confidential feedback and reflective conversations. McFadden's extensive tenure at Manchester University from July 1993 to present includes roles as President Emeritus, President, Executive Vice President and Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Executive Vice President, and Vice President For Enrollment Management. Additionally, a brief engagement as Senior Advisor with Core Education in early 2024 focused on strategies for growth and business model transformation in higher education. McFadden holds a PhD in Political Science from Claremont Graduate University and a BA in Political Science, Economics, and Peace Studies from Manchester University.
