Benjamin Ayers

Benjamin Ayers, AIA, NCARB is a Principal and Co-Director of Phoenix at Mancini Duffy, where they are responsible for expanding the firm's presence in the Southwest region. Previously, they served in various architectural roles, including Design Director at Gensler and Architect at Shepley Bulfinch. Ayers has also contributed to local governance as a member of the Historic Preservation and Planning and Zoning Boards in Mesa from 2018 to 2020. They have a diverse background in architecture, beginning as an Architectural Intern and continuing through roles in design and project management across multiple firms. Ayers has held academic positions, including that of Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Arizona State University.
