Wen Chang Yeo

Wen Chang Yeo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost management and procurement within the construction industry. Currently serving as Manager of Cost & Contracts and Procurement at Mandai Park Development since April 2019, Wen Chang Yeo oversees the entire procurement process, evaluates claims, and supports both pre- and post-tender activities. Previously, from September 2015 to March 2019, Wen Chang Yeo worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall, where responsibilities included managing pre-contract and post-contract services while maintaining strong communication with diverse stakeholders. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from the National University of Singapore and additional studies in animal sciences and architecture from National Taiwan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively.
