Paloma Leão has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and communication. Paloma started their career as an intern at Agência Experimental Versa Comunicação in November 2012, where they worked in traffic, customer service, and planning until March 2014. Paloma then interned as a marketing intern at Grupo André Guimarães from February 2014 to June 2015. Following this, they joined Morya Brasil as an Assistant Account Executive from June 2015 to December 2016, where they were responsible for customer service, briefing development, production budgets, and media plans. From December 2016 to October 2020, Paloma worked at Ideia 3 Comunicação as a Brands and Business Executive, where they managed communication businesses through client management, business analysis, and development of new strategies. Since October 2020, they have been serving as a Marketing Coordinator at Mandala Assessoria de Marketing.
Paloma Leão completed their bachelor's degree in Communication with a specialization in Advertising and Publicity from Universidade Salvador. Paloma attended the university from 2012 to 2015.
