Braam Jonker

Braam Jonker is the current Lead Independent Director at Mandalay Resources. Braam has also held positions at Golden Reign Resources Ltd., Nevada Copper, and Firestone Diamonds Plc. In 2011, they became a Non Executive Director and Director at Canada Coal Inc., where they also served as CEO and President from 2013 to 2014. From 2008 to 2012, Jonker was the CFO and Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Cambrian Mining plc and Western Coal Corp.

Braam Jonker is a South African Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant who holds a B.Comm, Hons.B.Comm, and Hons.B.Compt from Stellenbosch University, as well as an M.Comm in International Tax from the University of South Africa. Braam is also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
