Mandao's leadership team brings a wealth of expertise from diverse industries. Co-founder was at Negolution, CEO was at DEUS Expertos Contables, Head of Logistics and Sales Management  was at MÁSMOVIL, and Head of Institutional Relations was at France Telecom Spain. They all have an education in Business Administration from Mississippi University or University of Madrid. In addition, it has professionals from diverse branches of science such as Social Communication, Psychology, Law, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Accounting and Finance.
