Irene Chiu has extensive experience in marketing and management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Customer Service at Mandarin Restaurants Corporation and as the Banquet Director at The Garden Banquet & Convention Centre, Irene has been pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and brand presence since 2013. Previously, at Mondelēz International / Kraft Foods, Irene excelled as a Brand Manager by driving significant revenue through the management of popular chocolate and candy brands. At Canadian Tire Corporation, Irene held various roles, including Promotional Optimization Manager, where management of a large-scale process and team led to substantial promotional revenue growth, and Category Business Manager positions, achieving notable margin growth and sales increases in key product categories.
