Rami Salonen

Rami Salonen is an experienced investment manager and board member with a strong background in finance and asset management. Currently serving as an Investment Manager in Growth Equity at Mandatum Asset Management since December 2020, Rami focuses on high-growth companies with international aspirations, engaging in portfolio management, board activities, and M&A sourcing. Rami also holds various board roles, including positions at Integrata, HappySignals Ltd, Nosto, and Oddlygood, and serves as a Deputy Board Member at FVCA - Pääomasijoittajat. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Director at Aalto Capital, with responsibilities in cross-border M&A and strategic advisory, as well as roles at EY and Nordic Investment Bank.
