Janne Virtakangas

Janne Virtakangas is an experienced professional in customer service and wealth management, currently serving as the Head of Wealth Management Support at Mandatum Life Insurance since August 2019, where leadership focuses on enabling wealth managers to enhance customer relationships. Previously, Janne held the position of Head of Customer Service Finland at Nordnet Bank AB from March 2010 to June 2019, managing a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences for investors.
