Michael Kivowitz

Michael Kivowitz is a Partner in the Healthcare and Litigation Groups at Mandelbaum Barrett PC since January 2023. Prior to this, Michael served as a Partner at Russo & Gould LLP, specializing in defense services for the insurance industry, addressing areas such as Labor and Construction Law, Medical Malpractice, and Products Liability. From November 2008 to March 2022, Michael was the Managing Partner at McAloon & Friedman, P.C., overseeing both operations and complex medical malpractice cases. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as a Wealth Management Advisor at UBS Wealth Management and an Associate at Stern & Montana, LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and fraud cases. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Hebrew from the University of Michigan.
