Steven served as an Attorney/Partner and Head of the Taxation and Trusts and Estates Departments at Mandelbaum Salsburg P.C. from 2005 onwards. In this role, they provided personalized business and personal planning advice to individuals and entities in various industries, including healthcare and charitable organizations. Steven also focused on estate and family wealth transfer planning, asset protection planning, and federal and state income taxation. Prior to this, Steven Holt worked as a Shareholder and Director at Kern Augustine Conroy & Schoppmann, P.C., where they led the Business Services Group. Steven Holt has a diverse education history. Steven obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Investment Finance from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1973 to 1979. Later, from 1981 to 1984, Steven attended Rutgers Camden School of Law to earn a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Taxation. Following that, they pursued further education at New York University School of Law, where they completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Taxation, specifically Federal Taxation, from 1985 to 1986.
