David Jacobs is currently serving as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at Mandell Jewish Community Center since April 2002. Prior to this role, David was the Executive Director at Jewish Community Center of Greater Rochester from August 1992 to April 2002. David holds a Master's degree in Social group work from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
