Yu Nakamura

Yu Nakamura is a Principal Security Consultant specializing in Incident Response and Threat Research at Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, since November 2017. Previously, Yu served as an Artifact Analyst at JPCERT/CC from April 2012 to October 2017, focusing on the analysis of cyber attacks targeting Japan, including malware reverse engineering and digital forensics. Earlier in Yu's career, a role as a Software Engineer at Yahoo! JAPAN was held from April 2008 to April 2012. Yu holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tokyo University of Science, earned in 2008.
