Achmad Rivai Syahdin, CPA, CA has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Achmad Rivai is currently serving as the SVP - Head of Strategy, Finance, & Accounting Division at Mandiri Investasi, where they supervise two departments: Strategic Performance Management and Finance, Accounting, Tax. Prior to this role, they worked at BNI Asset Management as the VP - Strategy & Finance Division Head. In this position, they played a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Before joining BNI Asset Management, Achmad worked at Maybank Asset Management as the AVP - Head of Internal Audit, where they set up the internal audit function and collaborated with Maybank Indonesia and Maybank Group Internal Audit. Achmad started their career at EY, where they held the position of Audit Assistant Director/Manager in the Financial Services division for nearly a decade. Achmad Rivai also gained practical experience as an intern at EY before obtaining their professional qualifications. Achmad holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Indonesia.

In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. Achmad Rivai became a Chartered Accountant through Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia in November 2013. Achmad Rivai obtained the Register Negara Akuntan certification from Pusat Pembinaan Profesi Keuangan in February 2017. In June 2017, they obtained the Investment Manager Representative - WMI certification from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Achmad Rivai'smost recent certification is as a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia in March 2018.
