Aldies Sageri

Aldies Sageri has a strong and diverse work experience. Aldies started their career in 2013 at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. as an Analyst at Strategic Performance Management, where they were responsible for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost monitoring. Aldies also prepared comprehensive cost reports for the CFO.

In 2017, Aldies joined Citi as a Private Banker, a role they held until 2019.

After that, they joined Mandiri Investasi in 2019 as an AVP- Investment Partnership Specialist. In this role, they successfully initiated and maintained strong business partnerships with a wide range of clients, resulting in increased market share for Mandiri Investasi. Aldies consistently performed well in sales and core efficiencies.

Aldies then moved to Syailendra Capital in 2021, where they worked as the Head of Wholesale Distribution. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the distribution of products to wholesale clients.

Currently, Aldies is working at Mandiri Sekuritas as a Vice President, a position they started in November 2022.

Aldies Sageri completed a Sustainable Business Strategy course at Harvard Business School Online in 2020. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Sharia Banking from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia Jakarta. Aldies has also obtained additional certifications including Investment Manager Representative and Waperd from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, and Risk Management Certification for Banking Profession - Level 1 from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Perbankan in 2017.
